About Me
Jenny has held senior operational and transformation program and project director roles in four sectors: Public Sector, Retail, Facilities Management and Airline. Over the last nine years Jenny has lead business transformation programmes and projects for Northgate Public Services, Boots Opticians and Connaught Partnerships.
As well as successful and sustainable service transformation, her experience includes operational delivery, project and program management, supply chain management, capital program delivery, asset management, business development and strategic HR experience.
Along with five years in key senior operational and strategic management positions at BAA plc including Airport Duty Manager at Heathrow and Head of First & Last Impressions at Gatwick and six years in operational and commercial roles in a Facilities Management outsourcing company for the NHS.
